Every order ships free, whether it is headed across the USA or around the world. There is no minimum to reach.

Customs and duties

Some countries charge import fees when a package arrives. These are set by the destination country and paid by the buyer; we have no control over whether they apply or how much they are.

How soon your order ships

• In stock: ships within 3 business days.
• Not in stock: ships in 3-4 weeks.
• Woven to order: our USA-woven tapestries are made to order in North Carolina and ship in 2-4 weeks.

Each product page shows its current ship time.

Delivery

After your order leaves us, deliveries within the USA typically take 2-5 business days. We email you a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Good to know

All ship and delivery times are estimates. If you need your tapestry by a certain date, please reach out before ordering and we'll let you know what to expect.
