A stone path through the lovely gardens leads to a viewpoint beyond. To the right is the Renaissance styled temple that is part of the villa's gardens and grounds. This is a delight of peace, beauty and tranquility. The artist, who is incorrectly said to be Francois Boucher but is actually unknown, has captured the scene brilliantly. The work was based on three paintings from the 17th century but is a true work of art all its own.
